Signature services include: 

  Referral to an experienced Prudential affiliate to assist you with finding a new home in your desired location. Continual follow up to ensure that your needs are being met.

  Coordinate a consultation with major moving and transport companies for estimates on transporting your personal property to your next location to include vehicles, boats, etc. In addition, I will make myself available for any appointment necessary on your behalf. 

  Coordinate a consultation with our area's leading estate sale companies. You may find that while downsizing or looking to lighten the load, that you would rather sell your items as opposed to leaving them behind. Throughout our Hampton Roads area, hundreds of people seek out our weekend estate sales in the search for unwanted treasures.

  Weekly reporting on the progress of selling your home. These weekly reports offer you real time statistics in various areas such as web activity, virtual tour activity, showing activity and information on area properties (homes on that are on the market, expired listings and recent sales) that may affect the sale of your home. This includes determining which properties are distressed and which are arm's length transactions.
